Detailed Day Wise Itinerary

• Day : 1 Arrival in Jaipur

  Upon arrival in Jaipur – the Pink City of India, Rover Holidays representative will greet and transfer you to the prearranged hotel. Freshen up and relax. Have a lavish lunch at the hotel. And then embark on sightseeing tour of Jaipur – the capital and largest city of Indian state of Rajasthan. You will today see attractions like Hawa Mahal (the Palace of Winds), City Palace Complex, Govind Devji Temple City Palace Museum, Jantar Mantar Observatory, Birla Temple and Albert Hall Museum. In the evening explore local bazaars to have some shopping for your near and dear ones. Enjoy dinner and stay overnight at the hotel.

• Day : 2 Jaipur – Excursion to Forts of Jaipur

  Have a very hearty breakfast at the hotel. Take excursion to Amber Fort which is situated on a hill in the outskirts of Jaipur city. Enjoy elephant back ride to ascend the fort complex. Later visit the magnificent Jaigarh Fort where you will see the world’s largest cannon on the wheels and old cannon foundry. Also visit the magnificent Nahargarh Fort. If time permits, you will also visit to the Kanak Vrindavan Temple. Enjoy sumptuous dinner and luxurious overnight stay at the hotel in Jaipur.

• Day : 3 Jaipur – Fatehpur Sikri – Agra

  Take your breakfast at the hotel. Drive towards Agra in Uttar Pradesh en route visiting historic and historical site of Fatehpur Sikri. Fatehpur Sikri is an abandoned capital town of mughal. It was founded by mughal emperor Akbar has his capital but unfortunately this city was deserted after sometime due to scarcity of drinking water. There are many historical monuments and palaces at this desert city which attract tourists from all over the world.
  Major attractions to see at Fatehpur Sikri include Buland Darwaza (the largest gateway in the world), Panch Mahal, Jodha Bai Palace, Salim Chisti Mosque, Birbal Mahal, etc. Continue your drive to Agra – the City of Taj Mahal.
  Upon arrival in Agra, Rover Holidays representative will transfer you to the pre-booked hotel. Freshen up and relax. Visit the spectacular Taj Mahal during sunset. Later in the evening explore local bazaars. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.

• Day : 4 Agra

  In the early morning take battery van ride to the Taj Mahal complex. See eye-catching beauty of Taj Mahal constructed in graceful white marble. Return to hotel for breakfast. After having breakfast and some rest, continue your Agra tour. Visit the magnificent Agra Fort build by mughal emperor Akbar. Visit the magnificent Itmad-Ud-Daullah Tomb built by mughal empress Noor Jahan in the memory of her father. Spend rest of the day at leisure on in your own independent activities. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.

• Day : 5 Agra – Delhi

  After breakfast drive towards Delhi en route stopping at Sikandara. Sikandara is sites for mughal emperor Akbar’ Tomb. Continue your journey to arrive in Delhi. Arrive and check-in at the hotel. Enjoy local sightseeing tour in Old Delhi covering Red Fort (mughal monument), Jama Masjid, Chandani Chowk and Rajghat. Dinner and overnight will be at the hotel.

• Day : 6 Delhi – Departure

  Have a very hearty breakfast at the hotel and then go for sightseeing tour of Delhi. Major attractions you will see include India Gate, Old Fort, Humayun’s Tomb (mughal monument), Lotus Temple, Birla Temple, National Museum, etc. Enjoy shopping in Connaught Place. After a farewell dinner, Rover Holidays representative will transfer you to the New Delhi International Airport. Take flight back to your home / onward destination with sweet memories of mughal triangle tour in India.
